Roses typically hold for five to seven days, and mixed arrangements a little longer as different flowers peak at different times. Change the water every two days, recut the stems on an angle, and keep them out of direct sun and away from the fruit bowl — ripening fruit releases a gas that ages flowers fast.

Flowers are seasonal and the market shifts week to week. If something in an arrangement isn't at the standard we want, we substitute a flower of equal or greater value, keeping the palette, the scale and the feel of the design intact. Nothing gets swapped for something lesser.
Yes. There's a gift-message field at checkout and it's hand-written onto a Kika card. If you'd rather the delivery stay anonymous, leave your name off and we will too.
