Bulk & Pallet
For large events, floral shops, high-volume holidays, and recurring supply, Kika Flowers can help source the volume your business needs.
Varieties, colours, quantity and the date it has to land. Rough numbers are fine — we will help you firm them up.
Priced on your volume and the current market, with substitutions offered where a variety is tight that week.
Packed for transit and delivered to your shop, studio or venue, anywhere in the United States.
How It Works
Send your business details and resale certificate. Verification is usually same-week.
Browse what is available, or describe the palette and let us source it.
Stems, bunches, boxes or pallets — one-off, or on a recurring weekly schedule.
Cut and packed for the date you need them, ready to go straight into production.
Shipping & Lead Times
Kika Flowers ships nationwide. Lead times depend on your volume and how far the flowers travel — here is how to plan.
Local delivery on standing accounts. Order by 2pm for next-day, subject to availability.
Refrigerated transit on regular routes. Plan 2–3 days from confirmed order to arrival.
Boxed and shipped to any US address. Plan 3–5 days, more for pallet volume.
Valentine's, Mother's Day and wedding season book early. Reserve 3–4 weeks ahead.
Exact transit times and cut-offs are confirmed on your quote. Recurring accounts get a fixed weekly schedule.
About Kika
Kika Flowers is a wholesale flower supplier based in Miami, serving flower shops, event florists, designers, wedding businesses, hotels and restaurants across the United States.
We buy and supply at wholesale quantity — by the stem, the bunch, the box and the pallet — with the care of a studio that still handles every order like it matters.
Every order leaves here the way we would want it to arrive.Request Wholesale Access
The Studio
Wholesale is a relationship, not a transaction. These are the people picking, grading and packing your order.
Founder
Two or three sentences: how long in the flower business, what she buys best, one human detail. Written the way a buyer would want to hear it.
Role
Second team member — who handles sourcing, grading, packing or the customer relationship.
Role
Third team member. Remove this card entirely if the studio is two people — three half-filled bios read worse than two real ones.
Sourcing & Quality
Name the countries and, where you can, the farms — Ecuador, Colombia, the Netherlands, wherever Kika actually buys. Wholesale buyers read origin as grade information, not marketing.
State the real shipment rhythm — how many times a week fresh product arrives, and the cut-off that decides which shipment an order rides on.
What gets rejected and why: head size, stem straightness, open stage, bruising. One concrete sentence here outperforms a paragraph of adjectives.
How product is held and packed — cooler temperature, hydration on arrival, what the transit packing looks like. This is the question every serious buyer asks second.
Buyer's Guide
Wholesale has its own vocabulary, and most of it is never explained. Here is the part that actually changes what you pay and what lands on your bench.
Roses are graded and sold by stem length, most commonly from 40cm to 70cm, and length tracks head size — a 70cm stem carries a bigger, tighter head than a 40cm stem of the same variety. Short stems are the efficient choice for compact centerpieces and mass arrangements where the stem disappears anyway. Reach for 60cm for standard vase work, and 70cm and up for pedestals, arches and anything seen from across a room.
When two suppliers quote the same variety at different prices, length and grade are usually the reason. Ask before you compare.
Bunch and box counts vary by variety, by grade and by farm. Roses conventionally bunch at 25 stems, but spray roses, carnations and greenery all run differently, and a rose box is counted in bunches rather than stems. Two suppliers can quote the same price per box and ship you meaningfully different quantities.
Always convert a quote down to price per stem before you decide. We list stems per box and per bunch on every quote for exactly this reason.
As a planning starting point, a compact centerpiece runs roughly 15–25 stems, a standard vase arrangement 25–40, and a large pedestal or install anywhere from 80 to 150 and up. Focal flowers usually make up a third of the count, with the rest going to secondary blooms, filler and greenery.
Add 10–15% overage on top. Some stems break in transit, some open too fast, some simply do not meet your standard on the day — and running short mid-build costs far more than the extra stems did.
Flower prices are set by supply and demand on a very short cycle. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day pull the entire market up for weeks on either side. Weather at the farms changes what gets cut. Airfreight capacity and fuel move landed cost. Varieties come in and out of their growing window.
That is why no honest wholesaler publishes a fixed price list, and why booking three to four weeks ahead of a peak is the difference between a good price and whatever is left.
Unpack immediately — flowers travel dry and every hour boxed is vase life you have already spent. Strip the foliage that would sit below the waterline, recut each stem on an angle, and get everything into clean water with flower food straight away.
Hold cool, out of direct sun and away from ripening fruit, which releases ethylene and ages blooms fast. Give roses several hours to drink and open before you design with them; judging a shipment straight out of the box is how good product gets sent back.
If you buy every week, a standing order is worth more than a better one-off price. A fixed delivery day lets you build production around known arrivals, and a weekly availability sheet lets you adjust the order against what is actually good that week rather than guessing.
It also means substitutions get handled to a preference you set once, instead of a phone call on a Friday afternoon.
Wholesale FAQ
Yes. Kika Flowers is wholesale only. We supply verified businesses — flower shops, event florists, designers, wedding businesses, hotels, restaurants and similar trade accounts. We ask for a resale certificate or equivalent business verification before your first order.
Minimums vary by variety and how you order. As a guide: 25 stems minimum on single stems, 5 bunches on bunch orders, and one box or pallet at those tiers. Larger volume gets better pricing — tell us the size of the job and we'll show you where the breaks fall.
Wholesale flower pricing moves with the market, the season and your volume. A fixed price list would be wrong within a week. Verified accounts get current pricing on request, and standing accounts get a weekly availability sheet.
It depends on the variety and grade. Roses typically run 25 stems to a bunch; spray roses, carnations and greenery vary. Box and pallet counts are confirmed on your quote so there is no guesswork on what lands.
We tell you before we ship, and offer the closest substitution in colour and form. Nothing gets swapped without your say-so — you can set standing substitution preferences on your account.
Yes. Send a palette, a mood board or an existing recipe and we will build the stem sheet against it, scaled to the size of your event or your weekly production.
We do. Standing weekly and bi-weekly supply is available on verified accounts, with a fixed delivery day and a market sheet each week so you can adjust before cut-off.
Three to four weeks for weddings and events, and earlier for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and peak wedding season, when the whole market tightens. Pallet volume always needs more notice.
